Xiang River 2,000t Channel Construction Project Phase II is an important part of the construction planning for high-grade waterways in Xiang River; is the key construction project of Hunan Province to the Yangtze River Economic Zone determined by the State Council; and is also the first project to expand the second-line ship lock on the navigation and hydropower complex under construction in Hunan Province.
