As for Huarong River Waterway Project Phase I, the construction includes: renovating the 30km channel from the 1st Huarong Bridge over Huarong inland river to Liumenzha, upgrading the Qianlianghukou Bridge and Qiganzui lock along the route, arranging the 45km channel from Liumenzha of Huarong external river to Yueyang Tower, and providing support system for the 75km channel from the 1st Huarong Bridge to Yueyang Tower.
