The Xingang Wharf of Xianing Port Area is the main part of Port of Changsha - one of 28 major inland ports in China, known as the “First Inland Port”. Its completion has rewritten the history that there was no thousand-ton berth in Port of Changsha. The project was rolled out across the country as an inland port model by the Ministry of Transport and was granted the first prize for Hunan Provincial Outstanding Design Award and the third prize for Water Transport Design Excellence Award.
