The main channel of irrigation areas of Centianhe Reservoir Expansion Project is a large Type (II) main channel project in irrigation areas, consisting of 6 main canals, 13 branch canals, all canal structures (including 84 tunnels, 86 flumes and 45 inverted siphons), left and right canal head power station, drop hydropower station on left bank, and Baimangying Pump Station used for irrigation. It is one of the 172 key water conservancy engineering projects successively commenced during “the 13th Five-year Plan” period.
