Xuefengshan Tunnel in the Shaoyang-Huaihua section of G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway in Hunan Province, with double tubes and double lanes, has a total length of 7,039 m, which was finally completed in November, 2007. It is the largest dominant engineering of Shaoyang-Huaihua Expressway. It was granted the 60 Classic Projects Award of Highway Transportation Survey and Design on the 60th Anniversary of China and the National Excellent Engineering Exploration Bronze Award.
