Yunfengshan Tunnel is the largest dominant engineering of the Shaoyang-Huaihua section of Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. It is a double-tube tunnel with separate up and down lines, which was the longest highway tunnel in China at that time. This tunnel passes through Xuefeng Mountains, thereby reducing the driving time from 2 hours to 7 minutes.
